Our desks are often covered in notepads filled with to-do lists, brainstorms, and ideas as we map out every detail of our collections.

In addition to designing, we plan content, manage wholesale outreach, and coordinate with our retailers. Tuesdays are extra special, as we take a break to focus on team-building, complete with girl time, a charcuterie board, and a glass of champagne to celebrate the week's wins. It's a blend of creativity, camaraderie, and joy that fuels our passion

We gather here for calls with our manufacturers and suppliers to make sure every item meets our standards of quality and charm.
