Each day is full of creativity and teamwork as we sift through fabrics and select unique details for our dresses, thoughtfully crafting patterns and prints that embody Kim Lolley's Southern charm. Our desks are often covered in notepads filled with to-do lists, brainstorms, and ideas as we map out every detail of our collections.

In addition to designing, we plan content, manage wholesale outreach, and coordinate with our retailers. Tuesdays are extra special, as we take a break to focus on team-building, complete with girl time, a charcuterie board, and a glass of champagne to celebrate the week's wins.
