Today felt like stepping into a memory I didn’t realize I’d been carrying with me.
I spent the afternoon doing a photo shoot at my friend’s antique store, arranging outfits, finding little corners of charm and character, and letting the space shape the story of my clothing line. But somewhere between the creaking floorboards and the glow of the front windows, something unexpected happened.
I remembered being a little girl, riding in the back seat as we drove through this very part of town.
I can still see it: those Christmas windows, glowing like tiny stages filled with magic. They were always dressed for the season—twinkling lights, small winter scenes, and displays that felt like they were made just for wide-eyed children like me.
And right next door was my favorite toy store.
I don’t think I ever walked past it without pressing my face to the glass. Window shopping back then wasn’t about wanting something it was about imagining something. I had forgotten how much I loved this little stretch of town, forgotten how big those windows made the world feel.
Full Circle Moments
Standing there today, camera in hand, styling pieces from my clothing line… it felt like everything came full circle.
The girl who loved looking into beautiful windows somehow grew up to create things that might someday sit in one. That realization felt warm, quiet, and a little magical.

Bringing Today Into the Story
As you scroll through the photos from today’s shoot, you’ll see:
• Antique textures that whispered their own stories
• Clothing captured in spaces filled with history
• The very windows that sparked this wave of nostalgia
These images aren’t just part of a photoshoot, they’re part of the reason I’m creating at all.

Why This Memory Matters
I think the things we loved when we were small never really leave us. They settle in and guide us, sometimes without us even noticing.
Maybe that’s why I’ve always been drawn to creating clothing that feels timeless, feminine, and a little bit magical pieces that could sit comfortably in a place filled with memories.

So here’s to the first blog post, the first chapter, and the sweet reminder that the beginning of a dream often starts long before we realize it.
Thanks for reading… and welcome to the start of something new.
