How do I become a retailer?
We’d love to have you join the family! To get started, please fill out our wholesale form. Once we receive your information, we’ll reach out to you as soon as possible to send over our linesheet and work with you to get your first order written up.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, please contact us if you need expedited shipping. Please review our shipping policy for more information.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within a short window after placing them. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

How often do we release new collections?
We release new collections seasonally, with special limited editions for holidays and other occasions. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to get updates on new arrivals!
Where are your clothes made?
All of our clothes are proudly made in the USA, with attention to craftsmanship and quality. Our factory is located in the fashion district of Los Angeles.
How do I care for my Kim Lolley Designs' clothing?
Most of our items are machine washable, but we recommend checking individual product labels for specific care instructions. Some special fabrics, like our taffeta-lined skirts, may require dry cleaning or hand washing.
Shipping and Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition with tags attached. For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Where is my order shipped from?
All of our orders ship out of Monroe, Louisiana.
Where can I find my tracking number?
You can find your tracking number in the confirmation email we send once your order is fulfilled.
